Line Manager: Operations Director

Key Stakeholders: Our Customers & Operations Director

Salary: £18,500 - £21,500 d.o.e

Location: Leicester HQ

We are a fresh start up in the energy retail sector, we offer customers a fantastic experience via our digital portal & app. We aim to be a supplier of choice through a mix of direct marketing methods and memorable customer service. This is where you come in as our voice! We are looking for energetic and enthused people, who can help shape the customer journey into an outstanding experience.

ROLE ACTIVITIES

Deliver outstanding service for all customer related queries

Responsible for customer engagement across voice, webchat, emails

A great listener with a sympathetic tone

Responsible for customer health checks at each engagement including but not limited to debit/credit balances, vulnerability, customer details, latest tariff and satisfaction

Resolve customer questions as a key contact for the customer

Promote our enriched products & services that could benefit the customer

Promote the customer to leave a review on feedback portals

Ad hoc requests as appropriate

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Positive mindset & enthusiastic approach

Passionate about delivering outstanding service

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Computer literate to operate our IT systems

Experience in a customer facing role

Ability to thrive in a team sharing best practice
